Chinese leaders sent messages of condolences to Pakistani counterparts over fire incidents

On September 14th, 2012, Chinese President Hu Jintao and Premier Wen Jiabao sent messages of condolences to Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf respectively, over the two major factory fire incidents in Karachi and Lahore. They, on behalf of the government and people of China, expressed deep condolences to the victims and sincere sympathies to the bereaved families and the injured. On the same day, Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi also sent a message of condolences to his Pakistani counterpart Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar.
